Happy Halloween!! Technically, Halloween was yesterday where I came from. My Halloween was spent on doing nothing and I went swimming in the evening and went to bed at 8 :/ What did you guys do on Halloween?

Anyway, I bought Since You’ve Been Gone about a month ago so I thought I’d dedicate this post for the book. I’ve been wanting to buy this book for the longest time and after I read the synopsis, I knew that I had to get it. The story revolves around a girl named Emily and her best friend Sloane. But one summer, the summer they’re finally getting a job where they could talk to each other everyday-Sloane went MIA. No trace except for a list that she left behind or might I add, purposely send to Emily. I’m not spoiling anything more but I made my own version of the list. YAY!

Nothing crazy but somewhat doable. Okay, definitely doable. It’s way easier than the list on the book anyway I mean if Emily could do it, any of us could too! And don’t you just love the way I decorate it? *Squealss

Prompt: This prompt centers around the theme of valuable lessons, especially that we have taken away from books. You might answer:
What is the coolest thing you have taken away from a book you have read? What sorts of things have your characters learned, as embedded in a story you have written? Or, what sort of message do you want to share with others, either in writing or through your own life?
